The current
membership for the chapter stands at 71 with all but two of those holding membership in the Ohio Retired Teachers
Association as well.
There is also one Associate Member of the local chapter.
Life time memberships are available for O.R.T.A. for $300.00, but local dues must be paid
annually. For more details on O.R.T.A. membership you can click on the O.R.T.A. button on the first page of this web
site.
V.W.C.R.T.A. members, for the most part, are retirees from Convoy
Crestview Local Schools, Van Wert Lincolnview Local Schools, Van Wert City Schools and Vantage Career Center.
We also have a few members who taught in neighboring Mercer County at Parkway Local Schools as well as St. Mary's
High School, St. Mary's, Ohio.
